I attended the Pastry event at Sportie LA a few days ago (blurry pic of Angela DJ'ing below) ...Besides consuming free ice cream and champagne punch, I also learned that in the Fall Pastry will be releasing a line of boots, wedges and ballet flats...They are venturing out of sneakers and trying to break into casual footwear and sunglasses... I actually think this is a good way to go... They have a good grasp on the teen market and they've proved themselves to be trendsetters (especially Angela)...They're bound to have droves of young girls wanting to be like them...KEY WORD...young...

Ben & Jerry's loves Mondays and I LOVE Ben & Jerry's...One of the best ways to keep up with them is to follow them on Twitter @cherrygarcia...They send out tweets about scoop shop specials like Monday's BOGO sundaes and they hold fun contests from time to time... Anyway it's Monday and I know I just ate a bunch of junk at the fair yesterday but I'm heading to my nearest scoop shop to get a free sundae...
