A few months ago I blogged about the abundance of specialty food trucks on the streets of LA... Since that blog post about another 86 food trucks have hit the road...You thought I was sick of it then well trust...I'm SICK of it now...well...I thought I was sick of it...Then I came across the Buttermilk Truck and I have to admit it intrigues me...After I saw the menu I was a little upset when I realized they haven't even launched yet...With things like Hawaiian Bread Cinnamon French Toast Sticks...
and Fried Chicken with Housemade Cinnamon Waffles...
BOTH the morning and evening menus are definitely going to have me chasing...Sounds like the perfect post-club meal...They're having a launch party tomorrow so I think I'll stop by and get to know my new food obsession a little better...Follow them on Twitter so you can chase them around LA like I'm going to...I think it's going to be worth it...
