Drama and Cannon ARRESTED?!

I just walked in the office and was informed Drama and Cannon were arrested ... An inside source tells me they're being held with NO bail or bond...

This news told me three things...
1 - hip hop is bigger than anyone could imagine
2 - the rap game truly is the new crack game
3 - hip hop is so alive and kickin' that the RIAA is upset because they FEEL the decrease in album sales...they know they're losing money to the street... they know we're breaking bread...just not on those wack things they putting out...very honestly everyone knows mixtapes are better than full length albums anyway...knew that from way back when they were really tapes...

NahRight.com pointed me to this video from Fox Atlanta...

Now what pisses me off about this video is that they say ...
"though no other illegal activity was found authorities say that counterfeiting cd's typically goes hand in hand with other crimes"

WHY did they have to bring that up in THIS situation? YES it MIGHT go hand in hand with other crimes in other cases BUT they just said NO OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY WAS FOUND so why mention it!!! and then they wonder why we want nothing to do with their society...

A couple of my fellow 'heads and I have been discussing the situation and one of them reminded me that Jam and Rectangle went through the same thing about 10 years ago...the real reason behind their situation...tax evasion...now THIS makes a lil more sense than the RIAA just going around ransacking all mixtape facilities...

I DO know I wish I had my named removed from that email distribution list before the Feds raided the place and snatched up that computer...

I also know a certain "guerrero" better watch his back...He could be next...
